The Dunn Forest CFIRP 7&8 harvest operation is moving to phase 3 of operations starting Monday, August 10th. Portions of the 400 road and 421 road will be closed.

• Harvest Objectives: This harvest is part of the long-term CFIRP Research Project studying ecological & socioeconomic response to alternative silviculture treatments. This entry is designed to remove suppressed and damaged trees to provide the remaining trees access to nutrients and room to continue growing in diameter as well as height.
