What is Get Outdoors Day?

The OSU Research Forests, OSU Extension Service, Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, and Benton County Health Department are hosting the ninth annual Get Outdoors Day event at Peavy Arboretum.

The event is designed to encourage healthy, active outdoor fun. Participating partners offer a variety of activities to engage visitors and connect youth with the outdoors. The event is bilingual (Spanish and English) and the primary audience are families from Title 1 Schools in Linn and Benton Counties. Help connect kids to all the wonderful benefits of the outdoors!
